At Maepole, our journey started with a simple idea: to offer fresh, high-quality food served quickly and conveniently. With our backgrounds rooted in full-service restaurants known for exceptional hospitality, we were determined to maintain that level of service without the unnecessary frills. However, in our area, options for fast and healthy meals were lacking. Recognizing this gap, we jumped at the opportunity to pioneer a restaurant concept focused on customizable options, highlighting fresh produce and an abundance of flavors.

Along the way, we realized that the food we serve should reflect where we live, the South. So in addition to a killer mac & cheese, our seasonal menus include green beans & Vidalias, chow chow, collard greens and Hoppin’ John. We wanted to not only reflect the traditional South but also the flavors of today’s Southern culture, that’s why we serve foods like kimchi, quinoa and pibil marinade for our pork. Our menu is mostly plant-based ingredients, simply prepared.

How do I order Maepole?

Both of our locations are now fully open so feel free to order ahead online OR come on in and order in person!

How do I add special instructions?

For each item you order there is a “notes” section. Go ahead and add your special instructions here so we know exactly how to prepare your order with extra care.

I’m trying to order online but my order isn’t being accepted, what should I do?

If it says your card is declined, double check that your zip code is entered correctly. Oftentimes, a previous zip code is saved on one’s device, causing a card decline error. If that doesn’t work, feel free to come by the restaurant and we’ll be happy to take your order IRL.

I’m looking for nutritional information. Where can I find it?

Maepole is committed to serving as many people as possible regardless of dietary restrictions, for that reason we keep an up to date nutritional guide HERE! Additionally, we have identified items that are compliant with Keto and gluten-free diets. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out at info@maepole.com

I have a nut and or soy allergy, what can I order?

Our entire menu is 100% tree nut and peanut free. Use of soy is very limited and will always be identified on the menu.

Are the meats served at Maepole treated with hormones or antibiotics?

No way, all our meats are hormone and antibiotic-free.

I’m vegan, what are my options?

You’ve come to the right place my friend. The majority of our menu is vegan. The only non-vegan items on our menu are the following: • Sides: mac & cheese (dairy) • Proteins: chicken, pork • Sauces: buttermilk dressing (dairy), sriracha-honey (honey) • Extras: hard boiled egg, kimchi (fish sauce) • Dessert: cookies & milk chocolate (dairy)

I’d like to schedule an order to pick up later. Can I do that?

Yup, you sure can. Once you click “order online” the landing page you’re directed to will give you the option to order later. Select whatever future time you’d like to pick up you order.

I’d like Maepole to cater my event, what are my options?

Great! For your safety and convenience, rather than a buffet setup, we currently offer individually boxed meals for each person in your party. Choose up to three combinations and let us know how many of each combo you’d like.

How do I place a catering order?

What is your minimum order for caterings?

10 plates or more!

Can I order the same day as my event?

We ask that catering orders are placed 24 hours in advance for logistical reasons. That being said, please feel free to to place standard (non-catering) orders day-of.

Do you offer delivery?

We do in Athens! In town drop off delivery is available for $25. Atlanta delivery coming soon!

Can I order over the phone?

We prefer if your catering orders are placed via email to ensure we have all of the correct information in one place.

Does my order include utensils, napkins etc?

We are happy to provide compostable cutlery kits for each member of your party, just let us know.

What is your cancelation policy?

We can fully refund your order up to 24 hours in advance. Any day-of cancellations will be charged 50% of the order’s total.

Do y’all offer standing weekly or monthly caterings?
